Issues and duration of treatment

I helped patients with issues ranging from aquaphobia, agoraphobia, claustrophobia and other phobias, anxieties (eg. food dependencies), depression and post traumatic stress disorders. Some patients had relationship issues and spiritual obsessions. Others wanted to understand what their life purpose, or life mission was.

Following an initial talk with the patient, we agree together what to do during the session. Each patient takes their own time to solve deeply ingrained issues and traumas.

Some patients prefer their issues are dealt with slowly and gently, or to leave space in between the sessions, varying from a few days to months or years. These patients might come to several sessions (up to 10 or more).

Other patients, maybe because they went through different kinds of therapeutic treatments and spiritual searches before, may advance quickly and find closure to many unfinished businesses in a session or two.

I remember some patients who came with a long list of ailments and issues to be sorted out. They surprised me with their capacity to mix all together in an intense regression session.
